The Rapid Methodology Formula is how we deliver that. We start from a proven template, show you that it fits, and then keep it running well. It moves fast, but you see and approve every step.

We don’t start from scratch. We start from a Business Central configuration built on best practice and refined over years of implementations. We bring in your data, set up your essentials and fit your business into a form that already works.

2. Confirm IT — you verify it fits
Trust, then verify. Before anything goes live, you see the system running on your own data and work through your real processes in it. Whatever fits, you approve. Whatever doesn’t, we discuss openly, along with what changing it would cost.

3. Perform IT — we tune it as you grow
Going live is the beginning, not the end. Once you’re running, we refine and streamline, and we remove whatever isn’t earning its place. The goal is a system that performs better over time, not one that slowly drifts.
The RIMETER
The RIMETER, short for Rapid Implementation Methodology Meter, measures one thing: how far your system moves from proven best practice.
Every implementation sits somewhere between Template and Unique. The further the needle moves toward Unique, the more hours it takes, in the build and in every upgrade after it.
In Form IT we start the needle as close to Template as your business allows. In Confirm IT, every request to move it comes with a clear price in hours. In Perform IT, we look for places where the needle can move back toward Template, wherever a customization isn’t paying for itself.
You decide where the needle points. Every move toward Unique is your choice, and you make it knowing what it costs.
Who it’s for
Smaller businesses moving to Business Central that want a sound, best-practice system without a long, open-ended project.
Rescue clients with a stalled implementation, a system that has drifted, or a setup inherited with no partner behind it. For these clients, the Formula often starts with an Aud-IT Review. The Review tells us what to keep, and Form IT rebuilds the rest on a sound template.
How it fits the Solution Matrix
The Formula is a faster path through our methodology. Form IT and Confirm IT take you from Make IT to Live IT, Phases 4 through 7. Perform IT carries that pace into Optimize IT and Evolve IT, Phases 9 and 10. It’s the same relationship and the same care, only on a shorter road.
